My approach is simple: I want to tell your story in a way that feels real. Capturing your wedding day is about the big emotions and the tiny in-between moments where you catch your breath, smile at your other half, or catch your parents' teary eyes. The day goes by so fast that sometimes, these moments can be missed and forgotten. During the day, I aim to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and present on your wedding day so you can soak in the new journey ahead.
I want to understand you as a couple. Your wedding photos should feel like you, and I start that process by getting you at ease in front of the camera with engagement sessions to break the ice. As I learn more about you, I'll be able to capture memories that I know would be important to you.
My approach is guided by feelings rather than aesthetics. I don't just take lovely-looking photos but focus on capturing moments that make you feel something. Your wedding photos will truly capture the emotions of your day, letting you relive the love and the happy tears all over again.
Weddings are a beautiful kind of chaos. There's many things to do, so many people to organize that it's easy to feel overwhelmed. I've created an easy, straightforward, and laid-back experience. I guide you through every step, helping with posing, timelines, and even the little details so you can actually enjoy your day.
You're not alone. Most couples feel this way at first. But don't worry. I'll gently guide you so you never feel stiff or unnatural. I focus on real moments, movement, and connection so your photos look effortless and authentic to you.
Every wedding is different, so I offer multiple packages so you can choose from. Whether you want the key moments captured or want to capture the whole day, I've got you covered. Feel free to reach out if you still can't find something that fits.
That is no problem at all. I help with location scouting to ensure a backdrop that feels true to you. I have so many places to recommend that we'll be able to find something that fits.
Love comes in all forms, and no matter how you're celebrating, whether it's an intimate elopement, a backyard wedding, or a grand event, your love story deserves to be captured in a way that feels true to you.
Perfect for couples who want to capture the key moments of their wedding day without full-day coverage.
Ideal for couples who want more time to document their day, from getting ready to reception moments.
For couples who want the most comprehensive coverage, ensuring every detail is captured from start to finish.
We'll start the day with you and your bridal party getting ready. I'll arrive at your location and capture the details, including your dress, shoes, rings, and any personal touches you've chosen for the big day. I'll also get candid shots of you and your bridesmaids as you get pampered with hair and makeup. For the groom, I'll snap photos of him and the groomsmen getting ready, and we'll get some fun, relaxed shots of everyone before the ceremony begins.
If you're doing a "First Look," this is when we'll capture that beautiful, emotional moment when you and your partner see each other before the ceremony. This is an intimate time for capturing genuine reactions and allows us to get many formal photos out of the way before the ceremony so you can enjoy more time with your guests later.
The ceremony itself typically lasts 20-30 minutes. I'll move around to capture all the important moments—your partner's expression as you walk down the aisle, exchanging vows, the first kiss, and all the emotions in between. These are usually some of the most cherished photos of the day!
While you and your family take the final photos, your guests will enjoy cocktail hour. This is an excellent time for me to capture candid shots of your guests mingling, laughing, and having fun. If we didn't do family photos before the ceremony, this is also when we can quickly grab those.
I'll capture your grand entrance once you and your partner join your guests for the reception. Afterward, we'll do your first dance, followed by any parent dances (father-daughter, mother-son). We'll then get some shots of guests enjoying dinner and mingling while I also capture candid moments of you and your guests at the tables.
The maid of honor, best man, and any family members giving toasts or speeches will be front and center. I'll be ready to capture those heartfelt, sometimes funny, moments as they happen. It's an excellent time for some emotional shots, as these speeches often bring out a lot of genuine feelings.
It's time to capture the cake-cutting and any fun moments around it. Then, we'll transition into more relaxed moments, with guests dancing, enjoying the party, and having fun. If you've planned any unique traditions, like a bouquet toss or garter toss, this is when they'll happen.
The dance floor will open, and I'll snap away as you and your guests enjoy the rest of the evening! I'll capture the room's energy, the joy on everyone's faces, and the wild dance moves. I'll focus on those moments that show the night's vibe.
At this point, my coverage wraps up unless we've planned for additional time (e.g., a send-off or extra dancing). Before I leave, I'll ensure I've captured any final moments, a last dance, a sparkler exit, or a final candid shot of you and your new spouse.
No worries! If the weather isn't ideal, we can reschedule for a new date or move indoors for a cozy in-home session. I allow you to reschedule within a year or so.
